Why Withdrawals Get Delayed, Ranked by Frequency
Verification, bonus wagering, payment routing and manual review, roughly in that order.
Withdrawal delays have a predictable distribution of causes, and knowing the order helps you diagnose your own case.
Incomplete verification is first by a wide margin. Second is an active bonus with unmet wagering, which locks the balance until the requirement is cleared or the bonus is forfeited. Third is payment routing: the operator has approved the payout but the rail is slower than the cashier implied.
Fourth is manual review, applied to large wins, unusual play patterns or first withdrawals. Fifth, and least common at licensed operators, is a terms dispute such as an alleged bonus breach or duplicate account.
Ask support which of these applies, in writing, and ask for the specific term or document referenced. A vague answer to a specific question is itself informative.
