Weekend and Holiday Effects on Withdrawals

Banking calendars, not casino policy, cause a large share of complaints.

A substantial number of withdrawal complaints are timing artefacts rather than problems.

Card and bank rails settle on working days. A withdrawal approved on Friday evening enters a settlement process that does not begin until Monday, and a public holiday extends that further. Cut-off times matter too: an approval after the daily cut-off joins the next day's batch.

Operator-side finance teams also work business hours in many cases, so manual approvals queue over weekends even at otherwise fast sites.

If speed matters, request withdrawals early in the working week and use a rail with continuous settlement. And before escalating a complaint, count working days rather than calendar days against the stated timeframe.
