Reverse Withdrawal: The Feature Worth Turning Off
A pending payout you can cancel and replay is a design that costs players money.
Reverse withdrawal, sometimes called withdrawal reversal, holds a payout in a pending state for a period during which the player can cancel it and return the funds to their playable balance.
From a harm perspective this is one of the most criticised features in online gambling, because it converts a decision to stop into a repeatedly offered decision to continue. Several regulators have restricted or banned it.
If a site offers it, look for a setting that disables reversals on your account, or request that support disables it permanently. Many operators will do this on request even where it is not the default.
Where the pending period is long and the reversal option is prominent, treat that as a signal about the operator's priorities.

Gambling involves risk and there is no strategy that guarantees a win. Only stake what you can afford to lose. Support is available at BeGambleAware.org and GamCare.
