The KYC Document Checklist That Prevents Payout Delays
What to prepare, how to photograph it, and why to do it before you win.
Most withdrawal complaints come down to incomplete verification rather than refusal to pay.
Prepare three things. A government photo identity document, valid and unexpired, photographed flat with all four corners visible and no glare. A proof of address dated within the last three months — a utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter showing the same name and address as your account. A proof of payment method, such as a card photo with the middle digits obscured but the first six and last four visible, or a statement showing the account.
Match the details exactly. A mismatch between account name and document name is the most common rejection reason, followed by cropped edges and expired documents.
Upload all of it at registration. Verification completed before your first deposit removes the delay entirely.
