What Genuinely Good Bonus Terms Look Like

A concrete benchmark to measure any offer against.

It is easier to spot a poor offer with a benchmark for a good one.

Good terms look roughly like this: wagering applied to the bonus amount only rather than deposit plus bonus; a multiple in the low tens rather than the high tens; at least 30 days to complete; a maximum bet cap that is stated clearly and enforced by the system rather than punished afterwards; no maximum conversion cap, or a generous one; a contribution table that includes the games you intend to play; and no payment method exclusions.

Bad terms invert each of those, and typically combine a large headline percentage with a high multiple on deposit plus bonus and a seven-day window.

If an offer fails three or more of the good criteria, declining it and playing with cash is usually the better decision.
