Working Out the Real Value of Free Spins
Spin value, wagering on winnings and win caps turn a big number into a small one.
A free spins offer has a face value and an actual value, and the gap is usually large.
Start with spin value: 100 spins at the minimum denomination may represent a modest total stake. Then apply the wagering requirement, which usually applies to the winnings rather than the spins themselves. Then apply the maximum conversion cap, which limits how much of any win can be withdrawn regardless of what you hit.
A worked example: 100 spins of small value, winnings subject to 40x wagering and capped at a fixed conversion limit, expiring in seven days. The expected withdrawable value is a small fraction of the headline.
Compare offers on expected withdrawable value, never on spin count.
