Why Casino Terms Change and How to Track It
Terms are living documents. The version that binds you is the one in force when you play.
Casino terms are updated regularly for regulatory changes, platform migrations and commercial adjustments. Operators are generally required to notify material changes and, in many jurisdictions, to give you an opportunity to withdraw and close the account instead of accepting.
The version that applies to a specific bonus is normally the version in force when the bonus was claimed, which is why keeping a copy matters.
A simple habit solves most disputes: before claiming any significant offer, save the promotion page and the bonus terms as a PDF with the date visible. Screenshots of the wagering requirement, maximum bet and expiry are enough in most cases.
If terms change mid-bonus in a way that disadvantages you, that saved copy is the entire basis of a complaint.
