What Happens When an Operator Leaves Your Market

Notice, withdrawal windows and what to do with a balance and pending bonuses.

Operators withdraw from markets when licensing costs, tax changes or regulatory requirements make continuing uneconomic, and customers are usually notified by email with a deadline.

A properly handled exit includes a clear closure date, an instruction to withdraw the full balance, treatment of active bonuses stated explicitly, and continued access to the cashier and support until after the deadline.

What to do: withdraw immediately rather than at the deadline, since verification and payment processing both take time; download your transaction history; and note whether any pending bonus will be voided so you can decide whether to complete wagering or forfeit.

If the deadline passes with funds still in the account, contact support in writing and keep the record. Balances are not extinguished by a market exit.
