Game Testing Labs and What Certification Proves

Licensed game studios submit their titles to accredited independent test laboratories before release in regulated markets.

Testing covers the random number generator's statistical properties, the correspondence between the game's advertised return to player and its actual mathematical model, correct behaviour of bonus features, and compliance with jurisdiction-specific rules such as maximum stakes or minimum spin durations.

What certification proves is that the game behaves as its maths model says over the long run. What it does not prove is anything about your session, because short-run variance dominates individual outcomes.

It also does not certify the operator. A certified game can sit on a badly run casino, which is why licence checks and game certification are separate questions.
