The Evidence Worth Keeping as a Player
Five records that decide most disputes, all of which take seconds to save.
Disputes are decided on documentation, and the player is usually the party missing it.
Keep five things. A dated copy of the promotion page and bonus terms at the moment you claimed. Screenshots of the bonus balance and wagering progress. Transcripts of live chat conversations, exported at the end of the session because most sites do not retain them for you. Emails from the operator, unedited and with headers intact. And your own account statement of deposits and withdrawals.
That is enough for almost any ADR submission.
The one thing to add: a written record of what you asked and when. Timelines matter, and "support told me verbally" carries no weight.
